Probably because they believe that Goku can't somehow tank the destruction of Earth (Even though it's been made clear that it is the lack of oxygen that kills him)

And the fact that they believe that Piccolo's moon bust is Dragon Ball's best feat, and since the Beerus and Goku fight didn't actually destroy the universe they just ignore it entirely.

Enter Leopold the Brave who at one point, while we were getting done with the Black Arc, considered SSJBKK Goku as hardly even Planet level. It was so bad that when Seth and Chuck took a deuce on his video he had to come out and apologize in Seth's comment section and even deleted the video XD

Yeah, they will just put best of Goku's feats as outlier, not legit or many more excuses to them. BoG SSG Goku's feat at the very minimum is 3-C to 3-B yet they have him at Star level from what I've seen lololol.

from what I got, it stops time for him to attack and counter attack and then skips time to avoid harm.

just increase the duration really, is op on it's own, allow other to enter in that world ( like the guy that the killed, but they also are safe thanks to the skip part)

2. tides of time

learn to transport people to it, thus BFR to a phantom zone, maybe make parts of their body be in different dimensions, thus BFR their body but let their head or heart in the normal world, so he can attack those while they try to attack him only to phase.

3. mirage clones.

turn them into time clones.

which can attack, use his abilities, all the time skipped by them is instead stored on them, increasing their power (and this also increases his time abilities and the cooldown), can use skipped time to self heal or heal others and are immune to each other time freeze and leap, thus group of hits attack you when one of them uses the ability, and once it ends one of them immediately activates it again and so on.

also make more clones

4. flash fist crush

homing, multiple ones at once (imagine he does a Jojo rush with this) and make it also explode inside the bodies if he wants.

5. cage of time.

less concentration needed, maybe put them in a time loop while you are on it, at least make them experience a time loop while their body is just suspended, thus they can't concentrate and overpower his cage.

Nah bro, SSB Goku has remained the same in strength since the RoF arc. So everyone who has fought Blue like Golden Frieza, Hit, Toppo, SSR Black, Ikari Broly and Copy Vegeta share the same strength because it has never been said otherwise.

Seriously though, I would love to see Goku Black fighting on equal grounds with either Current Goku, fusion, Broly or Jiren lol.
