Dragonborn and Elder Scrolls as a whole is undergoing revisions. Dovahkiin may become low 2-C, so its best to wait until the revisions are done.

Ok now TES characters are going to be extremely buffed based off of that one thing

Only Dovahkiin scales off of that. And that is less impressive than some feats that the Nerevarine and the Hero of Kvatch have.

I thought characters like Neloth or Miraak would scale too, since they call such feats laughable and can fight against Dovahkiin very well.

Miraak might scale. Neloth may actually be stronger than Dovahkiin.

And then Neloth is nearly on par with the Tribunals like Vivec, who fought Molag Bal.. you get the point. Also what should I do with this thread since TES is getting revisions?
