Godzilla seems the harder to kill here and his elemental attacks would destroy Drebin. What would the super solider do in this scenario?

Use his APC or giant explosives definitely. When he faced the Gekkos. His reaction was to use the Auto gun at the top and also drove through one to knock it off its legs.
