Introduction
This CRT took quite some time to build up, and the EarthBound state is still a bit shaky. This will be a CRT which will do a general overhaul of the verse, and will basically improve the general quality of its pages.
Credits to @Oleggator too given we have discussed all of this in DMs and other places.
Playable Cast's P&A
Alright, so the issue with the EarthBound profiles in this wiki is that only the god tiers (Ness, Giygas and the Dark Dragon) seem to have a polished P&A section, however, outside of both Giygas and Dark Dragon, the hax section is rather incomplete, given the 2017 format and the lack of optional equipment.
So first thing, we need to specify about the optional equipment, which is a key thing in all the games and our current profiles lack it. All of the characters will get the Optional Items as a separate tab of course.
This applies to Ninten, Ana, Lloyd and Teddy.
This applies to Ness, Paula, Jeff and Poo.
This applies to Lucas, Kumatora, Duster and Boney.
Now then, about the P&A of the various characters, we have a lot to talk about.
We have a some resistances which are unlisted anywhere but on Ness' profile.
The resistance to Disease should be removed from everyone, as the Zombies can indeed give you a flu.
All the updated P&A for the playable cast can be seen here.
Return of Fate Manipulation
Hold right there your horses. The Truth of The Universe is not returning as a profile anytime soon, as even pointed out in this CRT, what is talking to the playable cast is just Itoi himself and not Truth.
But there is now a decent argument to do for Fate Hax to return.
Going back to Mother 2, we know that Giygas was initially fated to fall against Ness, as it was said from the Apple of Enlightment, Buzz Buzz and Ness himself.
However, Porky has altered the prophecy, making Giygas all overpowered, as Giygas getting in his "True Form" was not something present in the original prophecy, and instead of Ness, who was completely overpowered against Giygas as even said in the latter's profile, the one who is ultimately killing Giygas for good is the Player, and not Ness, meaning that the prophecy went completely out of its course, and thus fate has obviously changed, as Ness was the one supposed to kill Giygas and not the Player.
The argument here is that, as even said both at the Monkey Cave and from the Rock at the Lost Underworld, the destiny of everyone is part of a system, and thus Porky trying to alter the fate was nulled from either this "force" changing back the destiny to Giygas being defeated (even if not from Ness but an external and supportive force), or just Porky failing to change the course of events, and just leading to Giygas being killed at the end.
TLDR?
The Chosen Ones should get a "Possible Passive Fate Manipulation and Minor Probability Manipulation" with the reasoning being something like this:
So I think we got a better argument for the Fate Hax which was not relying on just RPG tropes.
Statistics changes
Mother 3 getting Early Game keys
The first thing is that the Mother 3 characters have only their End Game feats from the last chapter.
My proposition is that the Mother 4 playable cast should be both 9-A in AP/Durability based on the following feats:
Mid Game tiers and above get more Relativistic feats
All the scans and calcs are in this blog.
In short, Jeff Andonuts in the Mid Game of Mother 2 has a weapon called Laser Gun or Laser Beam in JP, which shoots (of course) Lasers. Given that it meets the criterias of being lightspeed (being stated to be a laser and being shot from a gun, with laser guns existing irl) and some enemies can dodge the attacks, the Mid Game tiers and above would scale to this, getting all Relativistic+.
This also fixes the Mother 3 Rel+ calc currently used in the profiles, replacing it with a version which is more fitting in the standards.
Mother 3 End Game upscales from Mother 2 Late Game
Porky Minch in Mother 3 is much stronger than his Mother 2 self, as the Spider Mech he uses in Mother 2 is merely kept in his collection, implying that is obsolete compared to the Bed Mech he uses in Mother 3. And because of this, the Mother 3 characters should upscale from the Mother 2 feats (except Ness and Giygas' ones ofc) given that Porky fights the Mother 2 cast with the Spider Mech.
8-B becomes 7-C
The true size of the Chomposaurus has been shown in the Mother 2 Japanese Guidebook in an artwork. I have calced it (the image I am speaking of is in the calc) and now freezing it is 7-C instead of 8-B. Everyone who scales from Late Game Paula so becomes 7-C from 8-B.
Ness' consciousness being specified in the speed and Lifting Strength
Ness' consciousness is currently accepted to be linked with the universe itself in this CRT, but the way it is worded in the P&A and speed is poor. Ness still pretty much needs his physical body to do things for example, as he has to use the robot body to time travel in order to prevent his actual body to be destroyed, meaning that it is still reliant on his physical body to act, and cannot just makes another one out of nowhere. Meaning that:

Sound Manipulation, Statistics Amplification and Statistics Reduction (Bullhorn allows one to amplify their voice. If the enemy believes what the user is saying, their attack decreases, otherwise it increases. Flea Bag decreases an opponent's both offense and defense), Light Manipulation and Status Effect Inducement (Flashdark blinds the opponent. Both StkyMachine and Rope completely block the opponent, making them unable to move), Limited Poison Manipulation (Can instantly knock out insect-like opponents with Insecticide and Super Spray), Limited Attack Reflection (Franklin Badge reflects electric attacks), Damage Reduction (Pendants halve the damage from PK Fire, Freeze, and Thunder respectively), Teleportation (Onyx Hook can teleport the user to Magicant) Self-Healing (Food can be used to heal wounds, and Medicine can be used to heal from poison and cold)
This applies to Ness, Paula, Jeff and Poo.
Damage Reduction (Pendants halve the damage from PK Fire and Freeze respectively), Transformation, Fire Manipulation and Statistics Amplification (Bag of Dragonite temporarly tranforms the user in a dragon, massively increasing all the statistics and that uses fire attacks), Limited Existence Erasure (Can erase eraser-shaped and pencil-shaped objects through Eraser Eraser and Pencil Eraser respectively, though they can erase just those), Poison Manipulation and Curse Manipulation (With Snake Bag and Pharaon's Curse), Limited Matter Manipulation (Can instantly rust machines with the Rust promoter, dealing massive damage to them), Light Manipulation and Status Effect Inducement (The Toothbrush makes the user's teeth so shiny that the opponent is scared to the point they can't move), Damage Boost and Poison Manipulation (Xterminatot Spray deals massive damage to insects), Healing (Through Food and Condiments. Medicines can also heal from status effects such as poison, nausea, colds, sunstroke, falling asleep, uncontrollable crying, and feeling strange, paralysis or diamondization), Attack Reflection (The Franklin Badge reflects lightning attacks), Resistance to Light Manipulation, Status Effect Inducement (Protection against Sleep with Cherub's band, Pixie's Bracelet and Goddess Band. Protection against Paralysis with Rabbit's Foot, Travel Charm and Star Pendant. Both Star Pendant and Night Pendant which also nulls all the effects of PK Flash, which inflicts uncontrollable crying, feeling strange, paralysis, or instant KO), Fire Manipulation and Ice Manipulation (Combining the Star Pendant with the Diadem of Kings gives full resistance to Fire and Ice attacks)
This applies to Lucas, Kumatora, Duster and Boney.
Damage Reduction (Some of the protective items, including Pendants, halve damage from PK Fire, Freeze, and Thunder respectively), Air Manipulation (Attack Attractor causes one to stink, making them the target of all attacks), Explosion Manipulation (With Bomb, Sprinting Bomb or Super Bomb), Damage Boost and Poison Manipulation (Bug Spray deals massive damage to insects), Statistics Amplification (Defense Spray and Offense Spray increase the respective statistics), Attack Reflection (The Franklin Badge reflects lightning attacks), Limited Animal Manipulation (Honey Shower covers the opponent in honey, causing them to be attackes from bees), Limited Matter Manipulation (Can instantly rust machines with the Saltwater Gun, dealing massive damage to them), Electricity Manipulation (With Thunder Bomb), Time Manipulation (With the Waters of Time, vines which were frozen in time had back their flow of time, instantly aging to death. While frozen, these vines couldn't be destroyed with brute force), Healing (Through Food. Medicines can also heal from status effects such as poison, paralysis, fleas, falling asleep, uncontrollable crying, sickness, confusion and forgetfulness), Resistance to Power Nullification, Memory Manipulation and Status Effect Inducement (Alligator Hat prevents Fleas; Boing Ribbon prevents Forgetfulness, Fairy Ribbon and Horus Bandana prevent sleep)
Now then, about the P&A of the various characters, we have a lot to talk about.
We have a some resistances which are unlisted anywhere but on Ness' profile.
- Radiation Manipulation (Can endure the Atomic Reactor Robot’s explosion without suffering any adverse effects from the radiation)
- Limited Resistance to Time Stop (Dali's Clock can freeze time, and they can still see what is happening, though they can just dodge attacks)
The resistance to Disease should be removed from everyone, as the Zombies can indeed give you a flu.

TLDR?
The Chosen Ones should get a "Possible Passive Fate Manipulation and Minor Probability Manipulation" with the reasoning being something like this:
- As a Chosen One, his destiny is part of an universal system which is the Truth of The Universe, as showcased from Porky Minch empowering Giygas in an attempt to prevent the latter's prophesied defeat against the Chosen Ones, making Giygas strong enough to effortessly overpower the Chosen Ones and giving to him the 99% of chances to win, but still resulting in Giygas being defeated in the end after that Paula called the Player for help her and the other Chosen Ones in surviving against him, although is debatable if this system of fate was actively changing fate to ensure the Chosen Ones' survival and success in their mission to defeat Giygas.
- Obviously the entire Mother 2 cast
- Lucas and Claus, as only who has the power of PK Love is a Chosen one, and only Lucas and Claus have this move. It also makes sense that none but them in Mother 3 get this, as they are the ones who decide the fate of the world from pulling the needles which will awaken the Dark Dragon, and none else in the story.
So I think we got a better argument for the Fate Hax which was not relying on just RPG tropes.

The first thing is that the Mother 3 characters have only their End Game feats from the last chapter.
My proposition is that the Mother 4 playable cast should be both 9-A in AP/Durability based on the following feats:
- Flint is able to tank a fire explosion (113.59172813 KiloJoules - 9-B). As Flint is a playable character only in Chapter 1 and does not seem to get any stronger unlike Lucas who does through the adventure, it's safe to say that Lucas can scale to this.
- Lucas takes a train hitting him at full speed (0.005 Tons - 9-A)
- Lucas & co defeat Mr. Genetor who can destroy a wood house (0.029 Tons - 9-A)
- Kumatora destroying a Tank (10 MJ - 9-B+)
- Lucas being able to dodge a train coming to him at full speed at the last moment (Baseline Superhuman to be safe)
- Salsa fighting against a wolf, with the former being shown to be comparable to Kumatora to some degree (31 mph - Superhuman)
- Lucas fighting a modified lion (22.36 m/s - Superhuman)
- Flint, Duster and Boney fighting a modified deer (30 mph - Superhuman)
- Flint fighting a boar (13.41 m/s - Superhuman)

Ness still pretty much needs his physical body to do things for example, as he has to use the robot body to time travel in order to prevent his actual body to be destroyed, meaning that it is still reliant on his physical body to act, and cannot just makes another one out of nowhere. Meaning that:
- Ness' Lifting Strength should be downgraded from Immeasurable to just "At least Class M, likely far higher" given he has 0 reasons to get such a rating in the first place.
- His speed shall become: " Unknown for his physical body (Faster than before by an unquantifiable margin) with Nigh-Omnipresent consciousness (Is the conscious mind of the universe itself) "
- Abstract Existence Type 1 and Multi-Location should only be for his consciousness and nothing else.
- Ness' stamina will become Superhuman too from Limitless
TLDR
- Playable cast's P&A gets updated and they all get Optional Items
- Mother 2 Playable cast (Ness, Paula, Jeff and Poo), Lucas and Claus get "Possible Passive Fate Manipulation & Minor Probability Manipulation"
- Mother 3 Playable cast (Lucas, Kumatora, Duster and Boney) get a Early Game key with 9-A AP/Dura and Superhuman speed stats.
- Mid Tiers and above become Relativistic+
- Mother 3 End Game become stronger than Mother 2 Late Game characters.
- 8-B becomes 7-C.
- Ness' End Game Speed gets specified, and his Universal consciousness gets better wording.
