I also think that backscaling Valkyries doesn't quite make sense, call it a retcon, a mistake or the characters or an overestimation of Valkyrie, but her being that strong doesn't make sense, also because of all the evidences presented.

I'm an idiot, I just realized that the 5-A's in EZ are above Baseline 5-A, meaning Post-TS Overdrive Homura actually backscales to Baseline 5-A and not 5-B+, so Imma quickly make that change
