Since Lucy doesn't have martial arts and isn't a genius, probably Edgeworth FRA due to being vastly superior in combat and being a lot smarter. Lucy's teleportation may help him get/avoid hits on/from him, and her Toon Force can help her put up a struggle with durability, but overall Edgeworth has more experience in fighting and is slightly smarter. Lucy, while usually fighting her siblings, has a total lack of combat experience and doesn't have a lot of good arsenal. So, voting Edgeworth.
