Let me remind you that Rick is called the "Smartest Man in The Universe" for a reason.

Killmonger is more skilled that BP, who is comparable, if not superior to Captain America in terms of combat skill, and Cap mastered like 20 styles if I recall correctly.

Smartest is so incredibly subjective trying to answer if a person is a better fighter this way is impossible.
Also Rick with no equipment gets destroyed by Mongers aggressiveness, plus, restricting abilities isn't allowed.
