Shouldn't time break, speed break and Darkspine charging his own soul gauge be added to his Notable Abilities/Equipment section?

Also, Sonic should get the following abilities (all via Shahra's Ring):

  • Darkness Manipulation
  • Vector Manipulation
  • Statistics Amplification
  • Fire Manipulation
  • Air Manipulation
  • Possibly Soul Manipulation

Sonic can manipulate his momentum, increase his speed and Homing Attack power, and also can make use of dark/wind/fire skills. Some of these also deplete soul energy that Sonic can absorb. I mean, Soul Absorber? Soul Devourer? Seems skeptical, but maybe it works.
 
As you said, a bunch of this stuff is already in the profile. Because of this, you can add it to the already existing abilities. Here's some rewordings you can add to OP.

  • Momentum Manipulation (Sonic stores up momentum before releasing it all in one instant to propel himself in a specific direction with the Drop Dash. Shahra's Ring also allows him to further control his momentum)
  • Statistics Amplification (With the Golden Gloves, Speed Bar, Speed Shoes, Somersault, and Herb of Toughness. Shahra's Ring also allows Sonic to massively increase his maximum speed alongside the power of his Homing Attack)
  • Fire Manipulation (With the Flame Ring and Shahra's Ring, the former imbuing his kicks with flames and the latter allowing him to use "fire" skills)
  • Air Manipulation (With Sonic Wind. Can also generate blasts of wind, tornadoes, and other phenomenon by running around. Shahra's Ring allows Sonic to use "wind" skills)
As for Time Break and Speed Break, we can copy-paste it from Base Sonic and move it over to Darkspine's Notable Attacks/Techniques section.
 
Energy Manipulation: By surrounding himself in a fiery aura, Sonic is able to produce virtually limitless amounts of energy to use for his Soul Gauge and all abilities tied to it. However, doing so leaves him vulnerable for attacks.

In that case, we should add "vulnerable while filling Soul Gauge as Darkspine Sonic" to his weaknesses.
