Extremely Small Sol Badguy Upgrade

So this is very small but I don't wanna go editing files like this without any other opinions. So pretty much all I request is that Dragon Install Sol gets either "'''At least"''' by his rating or "'''likely higher'''" or even "'''possibly higher'''". My reasoning here is because when he enters Dragon Install he is still not going all out. Matter of fact in Overture when he went Dragon Install he did not use all his power.

Well I don't even know what side of SS level DI is. The thing is Sol is heavily restricted. So I guess it depends on where DI is on the SS scale. Even if he is low end SS he could be mid SS.

I think Crop has a point about the notoriously absurd gap in 4-B

If the Universe 6 fighters or Trunks won't get an "at least" or 'likely higher," then Sol really shouldn't.

I think just keeping him at 4-B unless there's a feat or reliable statement him at higher. Even if he's not going all out during these showings.

Well I could possible put Asuka's statement under his file for more justification for his tier then. tbh Not to familiar with the Tier 4 ranges.

I think there's a feat where someone destroys a quadrant of a galaxy in Guilty Gear but idk if it's consistent

Well I don't remember that feat. Well I've only played Xrd and Revelator anyway.. Also these guys are really hard to get feats on considering they are very good at restricting their destruction.
