While Asura is about as fast as Angron and initially hits a lot harder than him, with his power increasing throughout the fight, Angron, like most of 40K, has way too many hax to allow this fight to be fair at all. Asura has no resistance to such hax.
Asura is a melee fighter, which means as soon as Asura gets close to punch him, Angron's Daemonic aura will rip his mind apart.
For the sake of argument, let's say Asura's rage and his own power aura can ignore Angron's passive mental attacks, considering Asura regularly gets angry enough to tell logic to go **** itself. It doesn't help him much, considering Angron can attack his mind, body, and soul, two of those Asura has no defense against.
Even if, somehow, Asura's wrath gets past all of that too, Angron has Godly regen, so he'll put himself back together after anything Asura throws at him. In most fights against people his equal, Asura walks away with missing arms AT BEST.
Putting Asura in a fight against 40K people is like putting Goku against 2-Cs outside of Dragon Ball: Lack of hax will mean he gets destroyed easily. He's got the raw power to match, but that's it.
Asura gets stomped, mercilessly, due to reasons above.
