• Resistance to Light Manipulation (Was unaffected by seeing a bright energy clash that generated a radiance so bright Jean had to cover her eyes) for Pre-Retcon Cyclops
• Resistance to Telepathy (Under the effects of Stryker's mind-controlling serum, she has an impenetrable fog in her mind where telepathy cannot reach) for Lady Deathstrike
• Resistance to Power Nullification (Can overcome ultralow frequency harmonics whose pitch was specifically calibrated to inhibit any form of extrasensory perception, including his own telepathy) for Professor X
• Post-Retcon Jean Grey should have Extrasensory Perception via her Telepathy
• The range of Jason Stryker should be updated to Tens of Kilometers since he mind-controlled Nightcrawler in Calgary city from Alkali Lake
• Agent Zero (a mutant with superhuman agility and movement who is William Stryker's bodyguard and protector) should logically be faster than Stryker himself (a human), who could react to and shoot Wolverine as he lunged at him. I'm not sure if that means Stryker reacted to the Subsonic+ travel speed of Logan, if so Agent Zero should upscale from Stryker's reactions
• The durability of Pre-Adamantium Wolverine should be upgraded to 8-A+ since he consistently takes hits from characters (Sabretooth, Beast, Sentinel) at that tier. His AP would remain at baseline 8-A via downscaling from Sabretooth
• I don't know if the following could qualify as Supernatural Willpower or Fear Resistance for Rogue and also Wolverine since he would have done the same as her:

This could probably just be indexed as limited perception manip to be more in line with how we normally index the ability, the justification is fine.

This all seems fine

This sounds more like a limited resistance negation rather than a general power nulling ability (since it’s mainly just resisting ESP Null rather than an ability that negates powers.

Why would he get a resistance here exactly, not like he's looking at the source of light directly like Jean.

He is? His power is literally to shoot where he's looking, and the clash between his blast and Jean's telekinesis generates the bright radiance

Hmm I’m not sure if we would index that tbh

His fear manip is social influencing as you said rather than invoking fear through an ability. So her fighting her fears wouldn’t really require supernatural willpower or a resistance to hax.

Impressive feat on her behalf just probably wouldn’t be indexed as its own ability/resistance.
