Hmmmm well this is certainly a first... I think...

Well let's compare the stats shall we.

Attack Potency: Seems to be equal.

Durability: It seems to be equal here as well.

Speed: Well as far as I know Odin was at least over 1 trillion times the speed of light but I don't know his exact speed so depending on how fast Anti-Matter is.

Striking Strength: I'm have to say Anti-Matter here as Galactus' Striking Strength varies way too much or it could be equal...

So finally it comes down to who has more hax.

Well for Galactus...

Since UN is restricted he doesn't seem to have much hax if any but then again I'm not the best person to go to when it comes to Marvel.

For Anti-Matter...

Hmmmm well AM's hax is more so on his techniques. I doubt Dimensional Hack or Energy Pulses would work on Galactus simply because he's pretty damn old as such he should be quite experienced so taking some psychological damage shouldn't be enough to take him down and he's also durable enough to tank most of what Anti-Matter throws at him.

So it mostly comes down to whether Emission could kill Galactus. From what I'm seeing of Emission it seems to gather quite a bit of energy and fires it at the opponent. Also it seems to be 10X Anti-Matter's DC stat which is on his profile. So if this hits Galactus then it should probably toast him given that their initial DC and Durability stats seemed to be equal.

But I'm inclined to think that it would take some time to prepare this technique so....

This could go either way mostly... but I'm rooting for Anti-Matter...
