I noticed that there has been an update for the legends characters, for instance Darth Vader and Obi Wan Kenobi are now tier 5-B, So wouldn't Galen also be 5-B?, since he has defeated them both?

Actually he killed Vader and defeated Obi Wan's Ghost, he is one of the strongest Jedi (at the time) when it comes to Legends.

That's because profiles are still getting revised and people need to seriously be patient

Yeah, Galen Marek being able to go toe to toe with Vader in TFU and TFU 2 and beat him should definitly get him a 5-B rating. I also talked to Everlasting and he said that profiles are still being reviewed. I think next ones becoming 5-B are Darths Bane and Zannah

The revisions really shouldn't have started yet. We're still trying to figure out who doesn't scale.

If he fought and over powered the legends emperor, would that make him liable for 4-B maybe, though that might be a stretch, just a thought.

I agree with Nickobloke. Galen Marek could actually be low-end 4-B
