Has been train in a liberation army since he was young, and has pretty much fight through a lot in the past few months against enemies with heavily varies power to varying degree of success.

Hmm Zombozo has a very unusual fighting style and has stuff like acid spray. So him cheezing a win might be an option.

Doesn't look particularly impressive, he have already face people with more variety of power beforehand.

But I assume that the fear machine will be the deciding factor.

Well if Zombozo gets people to be afraid, he sucks their fear into his fear-machine and uses it to power himself, he was weakened and then he went back to his 352 megaton state because of a lot of people being afraid of him and somehow Ben being afraid of him gave him a huge boost on top of this.
