It's portrayed as far above what she normally musters.
And for the UES thing there's stuff like DBZ's Ki Kamehameha which has a higher scaling than normal stats

With this CTR, i would change mostly all characters from Hilichurl lvl up to Inazuma Traveler level, so let's begin Verse Page Scaling/Changes Obviously since we are going to change the statistics of the low and mid tier characters, we will have to change some parameters in the scale...
