It's as it says. It's simply a passive ability that in fact doesn't even promote violence or anything. It's not intentionally harmful either

However, this is a fight, so Sakki will be in the air from the beginning and even if the ability doesn't have killing intent on it, Sim has.

If it isn't always out it does need to be activated. If it passively turns on faster than giorno would react to the sim, sure.

Exept that the action taken needs to have killing intent to be nulled. Plus, if it works thhe Sim has zero reasons to keep trying to harm giorno, ond I doubt the watcher would allow it regardless.

As an Italian, while it doesn't make sense, Giorno Giovanna sounds better than Giorno Giovanni. And seriously, "Giorno" isn't even a name, what are we talking about lol. It's "Day".
