If I had to assume, they'd probably be stronger than the Mercs since most "freaks" are portrayed as being above them. If you want to make profiles for them, you'll have to do so here.

i dont i just wonder just how tough they are.

Hmm, probably Large Building to City Block considering that they can fodderize Heavy and Soldier without much trouble. I remember one Freak Heavy who was completely impervious to anything and everything both teams threw at him.
