It depends, I think it says somewhere in the manga that cursed speech can be resisted by reinforcing the ears with CE, but echo’s sound manipulation should be more potent than inumaki’s and as for bypassing infinity it’s possible if he can’t filter out sound waves

That's just for his automatic blocking, he could still do it manually if he notices that something is dangerous to him.

While he would have to recognize that it's dangerous first, his infinity can stop anything as long as it travels through space or doesn't have infinite speed.

Also he said distinguishing poisonous objects will take time, meaning he can do it eventually just not at that moment. While we're never told he was able to accomplish this. Considering Kenjaku doesn't try to kill him with poison and finds it easier to seal him away, I have a feeling he did get it down eventually.

Another translation said it was still too hard for him. Regardless, both agree he could eventually do it, just not at that moment.

This was when he was a student, his Post-Awakening Key.

Obviously Gojo can hear, so his automatic infinity doesn't stop all types of sound. However, he could stop all sound if he recognizes that as being a threat.

With the possible downside that he cannot hear anything once he does so.

Although, it's possible he can stop sound based on its threat level like objects. Normal sounds don't get stopped, but anything above a certain decibel will be stopped by his infinity. And obviously the pressure wave created will be stopped, as that's a harmful force. That way he could keep his ability to hear and still stop Echo Echo's attack.

However, this is just speculation on my part.

Nah, sorcerers resist cursed speech by manipulating cursed energy flow to the brain, and stops the cursed energy from an Inumaki clan users words. However, Satoru can still talk and hear others..so Echo Echo is actually a viable wincon.

Going by the profile, it should not work.

His Corrupturas won't be able to make it past the infinity.

While not mentioned on his profile, it seems like he does have eye based hypnosis from what I've looked up.

However, Gojo is wearing a blindfold and I'm not positive that he's even seeing the same way we do. I cannot actually give an answer to this.

Yes, but as you said, he would have to do it manually, which doesn't matter because Gutrot is relativist and Gojo will never have a "turn" to do something because of the difference in speed.

I agree; this is a stomp. Gojo's only wincon is the nerfed UV, as it doesn't do much damage, and so the Omnitrix doesn't activate its self-defense. But even that isn't really a wincon, as Gojo can't keep it for 24 hours.

The Omnitrix puts Ben at his peak when he detransforms and this includes negative effects that were in effect when he was transformed.

Ben 10 has so many abilities that I'm finding it hard not to Argument from Incredulity the matchup in his favor. All jokes aside, Clockwork has Low 1-C range, so that might stomp. There's that, and Ben's ingenuity. He would realize "Oh, I can't hit this guy. Better find a way around that," and start targeting other stuff, like the ground, and setting up hazards and stuff.

My god people have said multiple times already that sound waves dont bypass Infinity, they travel space like projectiles and you literally see Infinity stopping explosions the very first time the power is explained.
