Goku vs Madara

So my friends were arguing about Saiyan Saga Goku (the one who fought Vegeta) vs Six Paths Sage Madara with the Rinne-Sharingan + Dual Rinnegan.

Madara:

Goku:1

Rules:

-Speed Unequalized

-If it's a stomp for either character, restrict Infinite Tsukuyomi or Kaioken.

-Fight takes place the same place Goku and Vegeta fought.

-The fight is divided in 2 rounds: In-Character and Bloodlusted.

-Chakra and Ki are to be treated as the same form of energy.

With speed unequal, Goku Relativistic to Madara's Sub-Rel, and he's vastly faster then baseline Relativistic as he's comparable to Vegeta who is far faster then Raditz who can blitz an early Sayian Saga Piccolo who is also Relativistic

So with that in mind, Goku speed blitzes Unequalized

With Speed Equal however, Madara is far more haxed then Goku with Limbo, Izanagi etc.

Did I get that wrong?
