1. Hmmm I have no idea on meth tbf mind hax has issues though groutesque hand will give problems due to its nature not to mention though stare can literally kill critters which are abstract phenomenons so likely GK can clear with glare.

2. Reinhard would likely want to CQC so he may try to tank glare which can kill critters as mentioned above plus attack speed that makes LLT look like childs play in speed is nuts

3. Banzai boi while strong and has immesurable is only via his causality manipulation and is travel not reaction and he won't be able to pull his strongest cards out before getting bitch-slapped to non-existence is what i see

4. Same as round 2 really

Overall i think he clears (unless I'm missing something from either side that can tip the balance)
