Reinhards spear one shots Beatrice (Once/If he actually uses it) tho thats his only offensive chance to kill her.

She cant really beat him unless she has strong incap thats not Mind Hax or BFR.

At one point their fight was Incon (Which with Speed Unequal it still is) since Reinhard couldnt hit her with the spear but thats no longer the case.

Characters from Devil May Cry, of course, Saint Seiya got buffed to tier 2, so there's no more contenders for that spot than DMC, respectively.

They were around there before the placing shifts from Baba and etc.
