Not needed, just say that he's resistant to corrosion overall. The resistant to Corrosion Inducement covers resistance to acid Manipulation anyway, both corrode but corrosion Inducement is the more versatile ability since it also covers non acidic based corrosion like rust and decay while also covering acidic based corrosion.
