I would argue Grimm passives, due to passive fear hax which made even Porshion run away, same Porshion who was unaffected by Stone Golem's fear hax that affected at the very least a city block of people, but Anos demon eyes would activate and destroy that from what i have heard.

Isn't Grimm a Type 2 Concept, pretty sure Anos' feats only extend to Type 3?

Grimm's only described as a being born from the Cracking Effect, an illusion that's dreamed by everyone in the city of Inganock and from whom all manners of illusions, including Critters and Kikai (in the city, that is) were created from him.

I'm aware, it's just a term I'm using because the Wiki's Power & Abilities generally refers to any abstraction as a Concept when talking about Manipulating and Embodying them.

Abstractions can be anything from dreams to possibilities, they don't necessarily have to be concepts.
Even if Grimm was a concept it wouldn't be type 2, the only ones in verse who have that are the literal god tiers like M and Edison.

What Celestial said. If Grimm was a concept, I'm pretty sure their page would already have it noted on there. But it definitely would not be Type 2. That's for peeps like the M, a God Tier who is a Type 1 Abstract of a Type 2 Concept.
That said, Anos would most likely win this more than Grimm=Grimm even if he doesn't use Venuzdonoa if his page is anything to go by with stuff like the Demon Eyes.

No, NEP type 2 is not envolved with concept type 2, conceptual type 2 are concepts that doesnt depend of what they govern, like, if someone erase all humans, the concept of humanity would cease to exist if the concept is type 3, but, if the concept of humanity still exist even after all humans are erased, the concept is type 2, because the Concept exist before and after what they govern, NEP type 2 is just the nothingness of something that doesnt even have a concept
