Up to the point that she can walk on very tall spikes, render swords twice her size damage her and reflect back electricity beams.

However, up to 3 hits from anything else are needed to break it and render it useless.

Oh. Well in that case, she'll have an advantage until GV decides to use his various types of bolts...which this wiki also doesn't mention (seriously WHAT THE FRICK). The notable one I'll mention is called Dullahan/Lucifer Clip, this type of shot doesn't tag at all, however, its damage output far surpasses the regular bolts. If Gunvolt uses these types of bolts he should break through the shield at some point, if those somehow fail to work, GV has trained in martial arts from QUILL.

He likely will have to use the latter as soon he notices that she is getting too close.

Honestly, Gunvolt just has... more stuff. Like, a LOT more stuff. From what I know, Lilac don't got much besides melee and ice. And Gunvolt has dealt with a city freezing ice user. So... I guess I vote GV?

Lilac can also reflect energy blasts with her Cyclone, by the way.

Counting your vote for now.

Gonna have to say Gunvolt, he has experience fighting different elemental attacks and prevasion can help prevent the damage he can't dodge. He's an expert at fighting at a range, while Lilac is mainly close range. Also for the reasons above.
