Guts vs Kratos

Kratos blitzes and oneshots with the Multi-Continent level Pandora's Box

Mkay, in that case Kratos blitzes and turns Guts to stone before he can react. Kratos isnt winning in AP or durability here but his speed and hax can put Guts down.

Kratos doesn't have a 9-A or 8-B key and you forget to equalize speed.

Guts has literally no chance against Kratos. Even in his very first game, he was beating monsters with enough power to cause earthquakes all over a small chain of islands and to create pocket dimensions with entire seas, tornados and whirlpools. That is an Archipelago-level feat, and it's literally thousands of times above anything Guts has ever done.

The Ice of Poseidon from God of War Ascension is stated to rival a typhoon in power, and typhoons can release as much energy as ten thousand nukes put together . If we assume the magazine is talking about 300-kiloton nukes, that's roughly 4 gigatons, enough to wipe out the entire coast of South America near the southern tip, aka Island level. Assuming 1 megaton, that's 10 gigatons, or enough to destroy two thirds of the island of Madagascar, a small country. In other words, Large-Island level.

Yeah, Guts has no chance against Kratos, considering GOW 1 Kratos is stronger than Ascension Kratos.

City Block level Guts vs Building level Kratos
Building-level Kratos is based on completely flawed evidence.

Even Spartan Kratos, who had no power whatsoever, could kill city-block sized serpents, swim against the pull of whirlpools, and defeat superhumans who could set entire forests on fire.

GOW Ascension Kratos could match Archipelago level creatures and generate Large Island-level power with the Ice of Poseidon.

Guts has no advantage here. Even Kratos at his absolute weakest has better feats than him.

Being City Block sized doesnt make you City Block level, we got rid of the notion that Size = AP. Swimming against a whirlpool is Wall level at the absolute best, and setting a forest on fire isnt exactly an AP feat as it is a range feat.

There's no such thing as "Archipelago level". If you think the stats on his page are incorrect, make a content revision thread about it.

Archipelago and Large Island level are interchangeable terms.

Defeating a guy who set an entire forest on fire and made it burn down is an AP feat.

The stats have already been accepted as incorrect here . The problem is, the guy who takes care of the GoW threads hasn't updated Kratos.

The stats are incorrect.

1. A version ot Kratos weakened by several weeks of torture flipped a street block attached to a giant monster.

2. Kratos defeated the Furies, who were powerful enough to create a pocket dimension with an entire sea, multiple tornados and multiple whirlpools inside it, which is easily Large Island+ level

2. The Ice of Poseidon is stated in the menus to have the power of a typhoon sealed within it, and considering the fact Poseidon can alter the oceans with a single breath, shake the entire world by clenching his fist and a mere fraction of his power was city-busting, I'd say that's one-hundred percent correct. And Typhoons are around Island to Large-Island level, since they can reach the energy of 10,000 nukes.

Large Island-level Kratos in Ascension is consistent.

Kratos has been upgraded to City-level. This is now a pretty massive stomp.
