How high does his power of order let him amp his AP? Glass was implying he could amp it to high 4-C levels to one shot Yukari. I imagine there is some sort of limit or?

It makes him as strong as his opponent. So I don't think it'd let him one-shot, more like, make the fight more even in the physical department. Though I will admit, amping up to that kind of level is pretty janky, but unfortunately it's how Power of Order works.
