That is the opposite of true. Narancia doesnt even have to move or say anything,
He can think and suddenly his Stand is instantly materialzed and from there he can just think kill or shoot. That's two thoughts, arguably just one if you wanna count Narancia saying Aerosmith shoot is one thought based action, given he can command it to attack while simutaneously summoning it.

Not how Aerosmith works, that's how the sonar works, the sonar picks up carbon dioxide, which is super useful for tracking foes hat Aerosmith doesnt have a visual on or enemies by looking at their movement patterns in opposition to the rest of the blips. But Aerosmith can still track without that, as long as it has visual and knows who or what it's tracking, courtesy of Smith-san. Or Narancia can just use his own eyes, that's always a thing, it aint like Hank and Narancia are kilometers apart.
I also wanna point out that Aerosmith can just bodyblock the bullet given or shoot the bullet down with it's own infinite ammo supply, and Hank knowing about Aerosmith aint gonna help much when it's invisible and non-corporal, Aerosmith could literally just ram Hank and shred him into a point blank machine gun fire like he did against Talking Head.
Honestly, I think this is super unfair for Hank. It's like a strong dude with a gun vs a dude with a flying, invisible, invincible drone with infinite heavy machine gun fire, grenades, a sentient pilot, sonar, and is physically strong enough by itself to pulverize like a 4ft thick wall.
