Actually, that only applies when the other character has votes. If the opponent hits 7 and the difference is 7-0 it can be added right away.

Even worse because Mista has range stated to be on par with a gun and he still has hitscn. But Sex Pistols can straight up block bullets as well, they've done so on screen. Plus Mista has that supernatural luck and inability to die permanetly if it's pre Diavolo Mista I think?

Shotguns have garbage range dude. And at range the spread will become so wide Mista doesn't even have to dodge.
Also what? One Pistol can deflect a bullet numerous times, and deflect multiple at once, average shotgun pellets per shell is only 9-12.

Fair enough on the second one, but the first part is incorrect. Shotguns are perfectly fine at middle range, and still very lethal and accurate enough..

Not really, they lose a lot of their lethality at that point, and unless Hank aims in such a way it'd be optimal at that range instead of just picking a gun better suited for long range to fire first, it'd be to late. Their best suited to close-mid range. Theyre lethal to a normal human maybe at that range, but Mista can survive dozens and dozens of full body perforations.

That part is lowkey bullshit, shotguns arent even the most accurate gun up close, their gimmick is literally spread shots. Not withstanding a Pistol can block 3 bullets at once on contact while making an effort not to be seen. 5x3 is 15, that's more than a average shotgun, while the 6th does his thing (Hell, shooting at Mista isnt even a good diea because he can redirect the bullets back with full lethality as if they were fired normally).

Not making it anymore seeing that scene where mista just approached a bunch of crooks from like 2 meters away and didn't get shot is making me think it's a easy battle

Maybe Johnny with Act 1? He probably loses but Act 1 is pretty weak.
