These two guys use guns a lot, so it would only be fair.

Speed is equalized, battle takes place on a desert road with a few parked cars with nobody in them. Hank is in his Mag Hank (MC11) form, and Player has access to every weapon, but is restricted of summoning pets or The Dragon. Both have no knowledge and are in character, but willing to kill.
