Do we account as Healing the ability of one to cure and heal others with medical skill and knowledge, or is it reserved only to "magical" forms of healing?

Resident Evil profiles probably fit with what you're saying about medical skills and knowledge. So I think Healing covers that too

Examples?
What EA said, but also anyone with medical skills and knowledge, either on field or not. Medics, Doctors, people who know how to prepare medicines and else with plants, chemicals and other materials, who know how to treat wounds and more.

I believe we describe medical skills in the Intelligence section.
Yes, but since we have several abilities that we accept as possible even without supernatural powers, maybe this could also be one of those examples.

I think there's a limit to that. Mundane first aid procedures don't count as healing (e.g. cauterizing wounds with a source of heat from your surroundings, crafting medical supplies [that aren't ridiculously powerful or potent], etc.) and it's more of a medical skill that should count as intelligence, like what Antoniofer said.

Inuyasha has formidable skills in healing in his intelligence section.

So I guess we do follow procedure as Antoniofer says.
