this reminds me to attempt to downgrade incognito considering for some reason he is scaled to canon alucard, even tho he's from the Anime Series that basically went in their own direction after like the Jan and Luke Valentine Chapter

Alucard's souls die the same way a vampire or ghoul does, via destroying the heart or the head.

We do see Alucard himself survive decapitation after he's already used Level 0 though, so what do we think?

Do we have enough to make a vampire physiology page? Because I want to update some characters that Alucard absorbed so that I can put "got all of X's powers" instead of lists of all of them.

It's just we also see Seras regrow limbs, which other vampires such as Tubalcain didn't seem capable of. She healed faster than the Captain too.

Low Mid allows the regeneration of limbs with the exception of the head. In addition, artificial vampires probably have fewer capabilities than a true vampire who has not yet awakened.

I know, what I'm saying is that Alucard's healing is clearly still superior to other vampires even without any souls, and after Level 0 we see him regrow his head. Either Level 0 isn't quite as self-sabotaging of a move as people think, or his regeneration is still able to regrow his head without souls.

Just the mind hax. Base Seras resists Zorin's wide range illusion (one layer of hax, one layer of resistance), Zorin's close range mental attack tears through it (two layers of hax, one layer of resistance), then True Vampire Seras is immune to it (two layers of hax, two layers of resistance). All of the abilities Millennium vampires had were derived from Alucard's own, meaning his mental powers should scale.

It was accepted way back when. Layers often aren't listed in the profiles. Plus the editing process was kind of messy.

I feel like they should have been listed, it gets kinda confusing when you look into the Pfps only to see no layers despite people saying there are

That issue is not at all unique to Hellsing, in all honesty.

To be honest, I don't think I've ever seen layers listed in the profiles.

It's listed, just badly. It's listed as being able to see through illusions.

I think a few might. The issue has been ongoing. First someone made a large revision thread with a sandbox, multiple things in the sandbox were rejected but it was put in anyway, and I then had to clean up the mess from someone dropping a very unscrupulous sandbox on Alucard's poor profile. After that, a big argument came out from people who each had an agenda. A few people took over the debate, and now none are here. The incomplete CRT's heavily discouraged any involvement from anyone, myself included. In fairness though, someone else tried to change Alucard's regeneration system to something pretty absurd, and we did at least stop that from happening.

During the early revisions, I was looking for anything worth adding, I listened to someone's suggestion about blood being the entire power system and basis of everything which led to me suggesting vampires might have a universal power system via their souls and blood. To be honest, looking back on it another fact about Alucard's power contradicts that idea, namely that his physical power didn't reduce after Anderson wiped out his soul army.

yep, also I noticed the verse has been getting TONS of downgrades recently

I never supported that.

Only AP things I was doing was Alucard turning the moon red (which was based on the universal system), and Alucard's army having a combined kinetic energy, which was always intended to only matter to his army's combined power.

The High 7-C Calc, Just Got Rejected

Yeah, that Anderson fire calculation seems to be the best one now. It seems to be Low 7-C. Next feats down after that are probably all 9-A, 8-C or 8-B.

After the layer evaluation crt this has to be accepted again. So currently there is no way.

I just want this kind of thing to be implemented soon. Because basically people are interested in downgrading but not in implementing it. Like the fog downgrade. I doubt that that will actually be implemented.

well we just need a crt, and a calc that they would scale to now, since the fog calc has now been rejected

actually we should also try to combine this with the whole Removal of UES Crt, since I'm pretty sure peopel have problems with the reasonings..

I think it would be better to do a downgrade crt by changing the calculations on the back page and profiles. Because it's a really annoying situation to have several calculations that are wrong or rejected like this. Especially with Clover saying he's not proud of the calculations he made for Hellsing. I think it would be better to clear the ground by leaving them 9-A temporarily to put in new calculations.

Are the Reasonings like actually bad?

I don't mind UES being scaled for blood and tk. But when it's used for some gp like fog creation I'm suspicious. So if you do the crt and it's accepted I don't mind.

I don't know what the calculations are, I'm not someone who does calculations so I don't follow them much. But it's not our job to remove some of these calculations like the one about the fog (since we didn't do the CRT ourselves). Speaking of which, your speed CRT. Ask the staff on their message board to look at your CRT.

We'd be re-evaluating Anderson's fire calculation, and after that we'd be looking to calculations like Alucard's SR-71 and Seras and the Captain tanking an explosion.
