no like the actual reason, like is there any reason they use that calc instead of the one used for common feats (other than the fact it's 9-C instead of 9-B)

Iirc the verse might need a bit of reworking since additionally some ap feats need to be dealt w (the fog calc and another one though I cant remember)
Not sure if the town level stuff stays but if not Iirc there are building level calcs

That does need an update. It still treats the Level 0 as the key to the power level. The release level is clearly not the key to the power level. Clearly the physical form is, since we see base Anderson overwhelm Vlad the Impaler and force him to become red coat Alucard, and then Nail Anderson overwhelms red coat Alucard, and then Alucard turns into straitjacket Alucard and tears Anderson apart.
In short, Vlad the Impaler < Base Anderson ~= Red Coat Alucard < Nail Anderson < Straightjacket Alucard.
All of this happened while Alucard was already released to Level 0, and yet we can clearly see the transformations made a big physical difference.

I'm not sure anyone scales to Alucard's manipulation of blood, but the internal scaling is another issue which is fundamentally misunderstood.

this reminds me, do we calc a different calc beofre we downgrade the High 7-Cs due to the calc being rejected now or do we temporarily downgrade the High 7-Cs to one fo the calcs on the verse page

We might be able to use this calculation. It was accepted.
Otherwise we'd be downgrading the cast to Small Building level, while Alucard's Level 0 has Building level environmental destruction. Those are currently backup feats after all.

Considering the fire literally started inside Alucard and burst out from inside him, that might not apply in this case.

The fire burst out of Alucard's stab wound inflicted by Anderson.
If that fails, some other feats might warrant looking into.
There's Walter cutting two or three skyscrapers down in a clean slice and Rip Van Winkle destroying an SR-71 Blackbird, to name two things that might surpass the existing 9-A calc.

Actually, Anderson's question confused me and I turned to Therefir. The calculation uses the height of the panel for the height of the flame, but the flame is several times lower. Only smoke reached the top of the panel

I did remember calcing the KE of the Blackbird nosediving onto the ship before, and getting like High 8-C, but I calced it like off-site so I probably need to like transfer it

Hard to say if that'd scale to Alucard though, given his whole thing is regenerating from insane amounts of damage.

Dismissed in a private discussion between two folks, without any discussion with anyone else.
Still, the UES does have an issue, namely the fact that Alucard's physicals didn't change after his soul army was destroyed.

since they scale to a Game of thrones Skull Crushing Calc from 2016

(They still be like 9-B tho for the whole survive falling hundreds of feet thing, unless they did some other feats that scales to 9-B that I am not aware of)

Thats probably neat (also what chapter) but without any calcs, I think it's safe to downgrade them to Baseline

They agreed between them it didn't exist, the one who'd been speaking to me and others up until then suddenly snubbed us, the two of them went about their revisions without concluding them, then one left and the other went silent for ages. The verse has been left in limbo ever since.
There does seem to be a sort of universal rule where absorbing vampiric power boosts everything, all vampires get their powers from Alucard's original ritual, and all the vampire powers revolve around absorbing souls.
Alucard seems to have absorbed that power level regardless though, since he kept his power after shedding his souls and Seras only needed one familiar to achieve the power Alucard needed thousands to achieve (albeit the thing that made her that powerful was her bond with Pip).
