It seemed as if the metal still wasn't fully covered. I don't agree with Bambu that the shadows don't scale to Alucard given the shadows are literally his body transformed.

Even if the metal wasn't fully covered he was still covering the majority of the plane. The OVA literally shows the metal being covered anyway and the very next frame shows that even though the metal is being exposed a second later, the red outline still shows it being covered by Alucard's shadow.

It seems to be covering the edges too.

I'd honestly be okay with downscaling on the grounds that he only covered most of it including the key stress points.
 
It might require some kind of recalculation to measure exactly how much he covered, but it is clearly close to half and includes the edges which are key stress points.

This verse is just being left here to rot in a similar way to Tokyo Revengers. There are barely any supporters left and the person who made most of the CRT's is no longer here. You can bump but no one will come. To be fair that's the issue with most verses nowadays unless its dragon ball or jujutsu kaisen or something. Also the fact that this wiki has some of the most ridiculously wanked pages of all time, i can see where the, 'no wonder people dont take this site seriously' line comes from

It is struggling. I'm generally trying to keep the threads going, but the issues Bambu raised with the calculation make it far harder.

I know Harkonnen is referred to as anti-tank, but can you show me the scan where it says it can destroy a tank? Many anti-tank rounds punch through the surface and then explode inside, killing the crew, without destroying the body of the tank.

The problem is the issues raised by Bambu cast doubt on the feat. I do think downscaling would be okay though, given the plane probably wouldn't have stayed in one piece after hitting the deck if not for Alucard enveloping it.
