Meliodas has better regen, even if Naruto can slow it down. On the other hand, Meliodas can outright negate Naruto's regen via his hellfire.
Naruto has better clones, but Meliodas' Full Counter is a bigger advantage. Especially, since Naruto uses chakra stuff a lot in this form.
No idea how their AP compare. Meliodas' link jungle lost me.

That would mean even his basic strikes can be full countered, though, as they are done with said supernatural forcefield.
Also, Naruto has no flight. What can he do if Meliodas just flies up into the air to heal or whatever? Sure he could shoot projectiles at him, but those would just get reflected.

yes unfortunally will get countered however to do the full counter, Meliodas has to utilize his weapon, so if Naruto would take it he couldn't use it anymore

Verse equalization doesn't include that. The power systems need to be similar, NNT's magic and chakra are not similar at all.

He's over 3 times weaker though, and Mel also has Revenge Counter to finish Naruto off if the latter lands too many hits on him
