healing someone or making someone come back from their entire concept, history, narrative, information being erased etc

It's just healing/restoration. It literally says on the healing page that it correlates with regeneration levels.

It seems to be redundant to include them in a list once more if there is no difference in the levels.

Just put how high the healing goes in the justification.

Healing (High Godly: Restore someone from complete erasure of their whole identity) or something along these lines.

It's to be noted that the degree of the ability, if possible, should be specified with the same type system used for Regeneration, and so someone that has displayed the capability to heal up to a Mid level would be specified with the respective prefix.

It is pointless.

Second of all, revisions pertaining to power pages fall under wiki content, which should all be done on the staff forums.
