Homeless Emperor High 7-A blast

I have a question about HE’s High 7-A feat.
https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/U...Man_-_Homeless_Emperor_creates_a_large_crater

The calc runs on the premise of the attack being somewhat of a shockwave which vaporizes the rock or a misunderstanding of how temperature based feats work.

Even Homeless Emperor directly states his attacks is pure fire, and in almost every instance of his attacks being showcased, it’s either vaporizing or melting something from its sheer temperature.
1. 2. And there’s a lot more.

I’m questioning whether this can be treated like a traditional explosion/shockwave or more of a fireball which vaporizes/melt via high temperature.

The latter may affect how exactly we scale this feat to other characters or how exactly it’s applied in vs battles.

If the vaporization is caused from heat attacks its not generic durability, that’s heat resistance.
For reference, all of MHA town level scaling was removed based on the feats being temperature based.

Any specific reason? When it’s been always referenced to be fire attacks or fireballs with high temperatures? I don’t quite remember it being shown as a shockwave.
Because that specific feat was shown to have been caused by an explosion.

Because that specific feat was shown to have been caused by an explosion.
The explosion is literally nothing but the fire released by his energy balls. That’s been addressed, his energy balls disperse into flames which melt/vaporized the rock.

Thinking about it, wouldn't the result need to be divided in half? An elliptical volume would still double the final number for volume.

As for the feat, afaik we only scale one person to it and that's for outright nullifying the attack.

Based on?
He literally states they’re fire balls that go off of temperature. If there’s no evidence that a shockwave is what vaporized/melted this area and not the nature of high temperature fire then this can be written off as a temperature feat.
Explosion by definition does not inherently imply a shockwave.
