Whats the average height of a stone city wall?
dont think there's an average but where did it happen? Could maybe use the height of the stone walls in those countries from the past?

Otherwise I would just measure one of the buildings.
 
In that case just scale the size of the crater, it looks close enough to a circle. If you can't figure out the depth of it, just use 0.13 * diameter (if diameter is less than 200m), otherwise 0.18 * diameter because those are the typical measurements for meteor craters. Once you get the volume I'd use vaporisation since I see steam, if not then pulverisation.
