Neither of these seems aren't AP if that is what you're looking for. Thats more of a range for the first; maybe speed for the second one but there is no reference for timeframe.

Hm, I see. Well it does seem to yield a small explosion http://prntscr.com/nxp7lt but I doubt this would buff him at all from where he is.

Actually the small explosion is a bit taller than the building they're fighting near.

I was looking at the angle wrong.

Is not quite an explosion, just the continuation of the attack. Explosions do not have that shape neither.
