How would this weird tier 1 stuff be tiered?

So in this verse there exists the "Material Universe" which contains an uncountably infinite amount of timelines and you can freeze these timelines without affecting temporal progression of other timelines, and there's another realm that's 4th dimensional separate from the Material Universe. This is all collectively encompassed by the "Universe" which is itself a timeline too and contains other space-times separate from the Material Universe and 4th dimensional world as well.

the uncountably infinite timelines should be Low 1-C?

When you say it's 4th dimensional, you mean that it has 4 axis I suppose.

Would you say the "Universe" timeline has a different time direction?

I think Low 1-C should be fine at the very least tho.

Probably since you can stop time of other timelines while others have an uninterrupted flow and meanwhile timeline of Universe has all that

Hmmm, so perhaps "Low 1-C, possibly 1-C" ?
Its just weird to figure out because you have a separate 4th dimensional infinite space realm with a realm containing uncountably infinite timelines adjacent to that encompassed by a single timeline. So it's like doubly 5-D at same time (since uncountably infinite timelines is still dimensionally 4-D, and just equivalent to 5-D in a higher cardinality/size). So 1-C seems possible when there's a time dimension encompassing that weirdness

I don't think the two realms being "Low 1-C" would change much to be honest, at most it's higher than baseline I suppose.

The only thing a bit iffy is like you stated, if the time of the "Universe" flow in another way, which you seems to think it's the case, but if you're not completely sure, just slap possibly.

Low 1-C for this bit
and you can freeze these timelines without affecting temporal progression of other timelines,
I think we assume Time Stop has Low 2-C range by default, not extradimensional (5-D) capable of effecting stuff across timelines.
However, if there are abilities that can travel to different timelines via time travel itself, that requires a higher temporal dimension in work.
and there's another realm that's 4th dimensional separate from the Material Universe.
Do we have any info on how its "separate"? Like containing it or just another world parallel to it but temporally disconnected?

If the Universe has its own timeline separate from the timelines that can be frozen yet still overarching them, that's a higher temporal dimension yeah

Also, curiosity took over so another question; are the timelines unsynchronized? Like, lets say a timeline starts and ends while another one is still there existing as normal?

Void realm here is 4-D spatially.
