Human Statistics Scaling Standards in Fiction (Staff Only)

Been so busy, I forgot about this.
I think everything has been said on how we should treat "humans" in the cases when they start displaying things beyond the normal. Doesn't seem like it would require a page and I don't think a note would fit on any of our existing pages, so overall i think this is concluded? It's pretty much down to case by case and what proof is there that "normal human" characters can scale higher (feats, supernatural energy, statements) are all valid so long as it's explained in verse. Like what we do with most characters, we'd evaluate them and see if it fits the narrative and consistency of the verse.
Does anyone have anything to add or can I go ahead and close this?
