Both pretty much have the same physical stats for everything, so it's pretty much down to their hax...and, on that note, I'd give this win to door, and here's why:
Grass Block's arsenal seems to mainly be about the plants, which, to be fair, would be effective, but Door's Mid-Low regeneration, explosion manipulation, duplication and transformation would give him the edge here :3

yeah Door has a good Win Con with TNT, since it deals more damage than anything Grass Block has (even if it can be damaged by it itself)
