I will rate your fave Music: New Version

1: There are better ways to ragebait than being honest (and personally, honestly, at least honesty is better than ragebait, and even when honesty is ragebait it's still better than lies), so I'mma troll you on that, but that depends on how badly one wants to annoy people (which, of course, also depends on their thresholds and tolerances), and we all know that any attempt to annoy people has its ups and downs/pros and cons (personally, I'd think there's more downs/cons than ups/pros).
So...you came here specifically to annoy me?
You broke your own rule. Oof.
Also, neither will I stop talking nor will I stop sending music, regardless of what you say or don't say, and just so other people don't criticise this message for being pointless and deviating from the purpose of the thread (and so that there's less reason to report this):
I asked you to stop talking to me. Not talking in general, I ignored that despite the blatant derailment, posting completely separate threads and your posts there, since the beginning, but just not bothering me. Your first action was to immediately ignore my request. Kinda low.
You already have your own threads, you can stay there. Instead you came here, spammed random stuff, and then ignored my request not to bother me.

6/10 Runaway is the take of all time.
"Boiling with bloodthirst, Mr. Bambu & Da3ggman began to forgo their planned stealthy approach as they furiously slammed shut the doors of their unmarked, tinted-window sedan outside Arceus0x's driveway. After fastening their Hotline Miami masks, each dragged their baseball bats, which bounced along the concrete in staccato rhythm. Soon, the recently-permabanned Arceus would know that 'Runaway' wasn't just a recommendation for a song to like; it was [narrator breaks character and stifles a laugh] a recommendation to 'run away' for his life."

Not saying anyone here's salty btw, I just find the concept funny

Bambu and 3ggman trying to enter my house
"Door Stuck"
The perfect response & home defense system.

Btw, for anyone ackshually getting salty: again, think of this thread as one of those guessing games where you figure out what the OP would consider a 10. Not actually seeking approval from the OP. And enjoy finding new stuff from others along the way.

That said, I think I finally found one he's gonna have to give a 10/10. Like really, if he gives it any less, he's just going to be laughed off the forum at this point. Unassailable classic right here.

So...you came here specifically to annoy me?
Gimme a few minutes to explain myself (I need to link several posts to make this post make more sense).

No I just meant I'd troll you with regard to that point about ragebaiting by responding to and countering that point by stating that there ARE better ways to ragebait, while also ignoring your so-called rule about me being ignored, which you broke twice now (I wasn't sure if that rule was made to be taken seriously or was a joke, but at this point it's sorta moot), not that I was specifically aiming to annoy/ragebait you (though, to be fair, I did try to rickroll you at one point as a joke reference to your signature).

Though I was ignoring your rule about ignoring me cause it was clearly a targeted attempt to single me out and isolate/exclude me (whether for joke reasons or for serious reasons I still have yet to know) despite my genuine wish to participate as showcased by my attempts to send music for rating, which you ignored throughout.
I asked you to stop talking to me. Not talking in general, I ignored that despite the blatant derailment, posting completely separate threads and your posts there, since the beginning, but just not bothering me. Your first action was to immediately ignore my request. Kinda low.

To be fair they are sorta related (with regard to the Music Sharing Thread and other music recommendation threads, in terms of topic, they ARE about music, and heck, I also linked your previous threads of the same nature as this current thread + a thread that is word-for-word the same as your previous ones but made by Garrixian), but yeah, OK, those weren't necessary perhaps (though IDK if whether resending WHAT I posted on the Music Sharing Thread here would have been any better, because not only would it be ignored, it'd just clog up the thread much worse than just linking to those posts).

(Also my threads have little activity, at the very least I'm not promoting/advertising them here cause that's even lower, I just wanted to genuinely partake in this thread and share the music I liked and see what you and other people thought.)
Aight here another one.
Don't dare rage bait again

Not saying anyone here's salty btw, I just find the concept funny
^I would however apologise to everyone else cause we're having this conversation while other peeps are sending stuff and I don't want to annoy them or you any further by needlessly prolonging this matter (and let us not complicate this any further or make anyone else and/or ourselves be burdened by more issues by bringing this to report threads cause I don't think either of us think this is worth getting each other or ourselves in trouble for).

There are bigger things in life than getting dramatic with some literally-who in a music-sharing thread in a nerd forum. "Explain" nothing. Be free.

And btw this is more active than the general music thread because, again, there's a gimmick entailing responses & meeting a silly little goal. I'll check out that other one sometime but haven't caught up on some promising recs here yet. But enough derailing here, you can go express your yandere love for Arceus on his wall instead (or just chill).

Sorry, I couldn't redirect to his message wall cause he told me to stop talking in there too.
(Also I think Arceus is being tsundere instead of me being yandere, but eh, given the OCD and autism I can see why I'd fit the yandere bill /jk /lh)
I'll just stop talking about this and stick to sending music stuff instead.

1) I didn't like some of the rhymes and how they fit, 3.5 points, the rest is good.
2) Honeslty quite a memorable thing, both musically and lirically. 3 points.
3) Music overpowers the lyrics sometimes, a bit of an issue honestly - 1.5 points.
4) I am neutral on it, 0.5 points.

Overall: 8.5 - Amazing
PROJECT MOON STaYS WINNING!!!

Hearing the insanely low takes is half the fun.

1) Sounds good, 4 points.
2) Not really memorable, there are some decently interseting parts later on but it feels somewhat generic to me. 1 point.
3) Balanced well, no problem here, 2 points.
4) I am neutral on it. 0.5 points.

Overall: 7.5 - Quite Good

It is time again. Share your favorite music, I will rate it on a very subjective scale that is fully up to me. So no hard feelings.

3 submissions every 12 hours, no more than that cause I don't want people spamming.

Only send singular melodies, not entire albums, unless you have an album with a specific melody in which case use timestamps.

I will only listen to stuff that's below 5-6 minutes in length. If the song is longer i'll only listen to like 2 minutes of it. I will listen enough to understand the melody and see it for what it is.

My rating criteria:
1. How pleasant it is to the ear (4 points)
2. How memorable it is (3 points)
3. How balanced it is (music complimenting vocals or musical instruments just generally balancing each other out) (2 points)
4. Personal opinion (1 point)

Ranks are point-based.

10 - Masterpiece
9 - Excellent
8 - Really good
7 - Good
6 - Ok
5 - Mid
4 - Kinda bad
3 - Real bad
2 - Straight ass
1 - Never giving you the aux cord
0 - Instant death
This music is really good it reminds me of Spider-Man 3

In my quest of continually shilling Ice Nine Kills, I recommend listing through the entire song. It's slightly over five minutes, but it's a very theatrical song that requires a bit of time to fully reach its musical peak. Just like their previous songs, this song is based around a Horror movie. Specifically, it's based on The Candyman.

1) Sounds quite good, 4 points
2) Very memorable with the switch up to heavier and heavier metal until a balance at the end, 3 points.
3) Sometimes has parts where the sound is stronger than the lyrics, making them hard to hear or unhearable.
4) I am neutral on it, 0.5 points.

Overall: 9 - Excellent

I don't really have a favourite but, should still fit. (I would still reccomend it to people since it a good song)

This music is really good it reminds me of Spider-Man 3

It's been mentioned before actually.
I suggest you listen to Numb, My Demons by Starset, Monster by Skillet, and Animal I Have Become by Three Days Grace consecutively, they would make for an EPIC mashup. (Optionally, you could add Angels Fall by Breaking Benjamin and On My Own by Ashes Remain after Animal I Have Become to extend the mashup further.)

Ever heard of Last Chance to Reason? Started with Metroid covers, matured into making one of the most cosmic metal albums I've heard (while not being space rock). Some tracks remind me of the vocal mixups in your INK pick: check a look sometime.

1) I am not a fan of the parts where the vocals don't match the music, 3 points
2) It is somewhat memorable ig, it switches up a lot and is relatively unique, but also it just doesn't have any hook or anything that makes it stand out a lot besides that, 2 points
3) I can't hear anything they're singing man, funnier when you look in the comments and someone praises the singing when its literally undecipherable. 1 points honestly, its that bad for me.
4), not a fan ngl, 0 points.

Overall: 6 - ok

Sorry fellas but for today that's all, I have a bit of a headache and listening to multiple 5+ minute songs just takes me out. I'll be sure that, as long as nothing comes up, I'll give them a solid listen tomorrow.

Also wanted to add, I said before that the final thing is basically me rating the song by personal taste from 1 to 10 and certain numbers being equalized to 0, 0.5 or 1. Well, I gotta say I wasn't very correct about it. It's more of a
0 - I don't really like it
0.5 - It ain't bad but it doesn't move me much, maybe I bopped to it a little but it just isn't my thing
1 - I like it.

To put a temporary end to shilling one of my favorite bands, I will now shill for my favorite band. I know it's one of their biggest songs, but there is a reason for that. It's a fantastic listen, and one of the standout songs, on a standout album, that has defined the genre. At least for me it has.

It's been mentioned before actually.
^ Also mentioned Breaking Benjamin previously, also Diary Of Jane particularly was also in Stickpage in the Nuclear Wasteland animation.

They do remain me of a band that I quite enjoy, who has a space-aesthetic to them that influences their vocals and instrumentals. They're called Valiant Hearts, and I think a good starting song to get into them is Vertigo.

Do note that I don't watch the clip itself so since I do not want it to sway my judgement. If to some of you the song is special because of the clip and I rated it low, there's your reason why.

1) It sounds good, although the guitar was rather jarring in the very beginning. 4 points.
2) Not memorable to me past the space lyrics, 1.5 points.
3) Can barely hear the lyrics most of the time honestly, 1 point.
4) I am neutral on it, 0.5 points.

Overall: 7 - Good.

One more rec from me before keeping back on topic. This one does have cleaner sound design, I think. A different flavor of metal than shares here so far, but probably my favorite album under that umbrella from the last decade. At least as far as ones with vocals go; otherwise there's tough competition from instrumentals by Demetori. But this is as dramatic as it gets, progresses in a way that feels like a true rock opera. The second track is where Wilderun shows its hand, but the acoustic intro brilliantly sets the stage. Ancient force.
1) 4 points, sounds nice.
2) 0 points, I'mma be real with you chief, I nearly fell asleep halfway through the song.
3) 2 points, well balanced.
4) 1 point. I did like it enough to fall asleep, it was nice.

Overall: 7 - Good.

Bias incoming

1) Peak, sounds great, 4 points.
2) Ultra memorable, 3 points.
3) I feel like the song has some imbalance in the instruments. It feels a bit overwhelming at times and they fuse into one mess, nearly overpowering the lyrics. 1.5 points.
4) I like the song. 1 point.

Overall: 9.5 - Near Perfect
Also a second song here too:

1) Honestly feels too busy, some instruments are too loud and some feel too disharmonious to me, 2.5 points.
2) Kinda memorable ye, 3 points.
3) Feels very unbalanced, I ain't gonna judge the lyrics being unhearable since they're more so used as part of the music. I do think that the whole thing feels like someone shoved every type of food into the bowl. Some parts sound good but it just has too much chaos and disharmony for me. 0.5 points.
4) I am neutral on it. 0,5 points.

Overall: 6.5 - Decent

Aight here another one.
Don't dare rage bait again

1) It sounded good, 4 points.
2) Can't say its very memorable for an edm song but it is relatively memorable for a song overall so 2 points.
3) Lyrics were hard to hear. Ik they're yet again more so a part of the music but considering how much they're used i gotta judge it, 1.5 points.
4) I didn't reall fw it. 0 points.

Overall: 7.5 - Quite Good.

1) It sounded good, 4 points.
2) Can't say its very memorable for an edm song but it is relatively memorable for a song overall so 2 points.

Quiet good rating you gave.
i forgive you for the last rating.

1) sounds decent but the very high notes get a bit hard on the ear, 3.5 points.
2) I can't say its too memorable. It's decent in that regard but i'd say it doesn't stand out that much compared to other MM music. 1.5 points. It just doesn't have the hook.
3) It is balanced well but the loud noted just make it a bit worse, 1.5 points.
4) I am neutral on it. 0.5 points.

Overall: 7 - Good.

Classic

1) Sounds great, 4 points.
2) Memorable, very, 3 points.
3) There's parts where lyrics are kinda hard to hear, 1.5 points.
4) I like it, 1 point.

Overall: 9.5 - Near Perfect.

I don't really have a favourite but, should still fit. (I would still reccomend it to people since it a good song)

1) Sounds great, 4 points.
2) Honestly out of all the Sabaton songs its a less memorable one. It has a halfway decent hook but ehhhhh, 2 points.
3) Can barely hear the lyrics honestly, the music is way too overwhelming, 1 point.
4) I like it, 1 point.

Overall: 8 - Very Good.
