That really can't happen, sadly. The best chance at winning for both would be a close to 50/50 chance split between both, which would mean we can't say for sure who wins, so inconclusive.

There's gonna be disparities one way or another. But Meruem can just kinda easily teleport and last long enough that dead or not she dies.
