It burning someone away, last I checked their sub-atomic particles still remain even if it is hotter than the sun.

Yeah that is not EE, heat of that level would do exactly what he says it would, blow away anything without a visible trace. There is no proof that it actually erases anything from existence.

He use the Almighty to manipulate the future to make anything he damage unable to recover .
Even Aizen couldn't regen his arm and torso and he have low godly . we can see it here
