I'm Drowning in Notifications, Send Help

I'm receiving notifications for every single discussion post. How do I fix this? What do I do? In the past day I have over 308 notifications and I can't stop it. I am getting them from posts I never followed and can't find the notifications for the discusson I actually care about because of this deluge. Help

You can't, you just gotta clear all the notifications. That's what happened with me when I got it.
