In Regards to Cell's Solar System Statement

Cell is accepted to be 4-B in this wiki and his statement is considered to be legit, but he is only granted baseline Solar System which translates to 2.24e45j. There is a problem with this, is that the number works under the assumption that the explosion starts from the Sun and extends all the way to Neptune (while keeping enough power to overwhelm its GBE), except we know Cell's statement was made when he was on earth, which is 1 AU from the sun.

If Cell's statement is to be taken as legitimate, wouldn't it make more sense to try and calculate how much energy he would need to achieve that from earth?

I did this taking DontTalk's blogs as a guide

Spherical area of 1 AU using this 4*¤Ç*r^2

1 AU =1.495978707e11 m

2.8123738496865658817e23 m^2

Frontal area of the sun: ¤Ç*r2

1.5231499587168312021e18 m^2

GBE sun: 6.87*10^41 J

(2.8123738496865658817e23/1.5231499587168312021e18)*6.87*10^41 =1.26849022558642738e47 joules or 1.26 KiloFoe

which is 56.62 times above baseline Solar System level

Thoughts?

In this case, we likely have to take "blow away the solar system" as just that; baseline solar system level. That's not too far fetched considering by powerscaling alone, SPC would still be around mid to higher end Large Star level, but I don't see him going too far into SS tier.
