if u can manipulated something that can move instantaneous (0 seconds) anywhere in the universe.

does it count as speed feat?

and if it is, is it MFTL+ or Infinite bcuz it can move in 0second?

If it can actually move anywhere in the universe in 0 time (read: physically MOVE, not just teleporting) then yeah, that'd be infinite speed.

let say atom can do what i said, if u manipulated atom does that mean u have inf speed?

Infinite attack speed, probably. Unless you can prove that your own reactions scale that fast (like if you dodged or caught the atom for example, you'd need infinite speed to react to that), then it's only attack speed.
