Jeremy is a total genius, at school he would always get perfect or near perfect grades in everything but Physical Education, but he truly shine when it come to technologies and sciences like quantum sciences. After founding the supercomputer, he managed to restart it and quickly mastered even it more complex fonctions like the Return To The Past or the virtualisation of beings from the real world unto the virtual world of Lyoko. He refer to hacking into a military satellite as piece of cake. He is capable of creating his own robots like Kiwi 2 a robot dog created to play basketball, he is also seen creating robots in episode 18 Killer Music. He also created a materialisation program that can bring digital entity into the real world. He can also activate towers on Lyoko via the supercomputer to replicate some of X.A.N.A's powers like its polymorphic specters or its pixelisation. He created the energizing process to send his friends on Earth while they can still keep their powers from Lyoko. With Aelita's help and some data from Franz Hoppper, he manage to recreate Lyoko after it was destroyed in a few weeks. He created an identity for Aelita by faking official document in order to avoid suspicion. He is also very knowleadgeable in order domain like insects and can exploit their particularities to his advantage like when he used ultrasound to get rid of dangerous wasps. One of his program to increase the fake William's AI was performant to the point that hadn't the program be turned off, he could have developped a real personality like X.A.N.A's and maybe even real human consciousness although he did use some data from Franz Hopper. By using some theory from Franz Hopper as a basis, he developped the Marabounta a multi-adgents system in order to search and destroy X.A.N.A's monsters. By the end of the series, Jeremy was working on a multi-agent program that could destroy X.A.N.A and proved to be successful during the last battle although Hopper had to help him for it to be completed in time.
