Point of the matter is I watched some of this series while I was playing Neptunia R;B1 on my Vita and now I'm curious--

Cat Blanc vs Purple Heart (Low Shares) who wins?

Low 2-C keys are used, duh, and speed will be equalized, even though doing this without equalizing speed could prolly be interesting.

Anyways, uhhh, so what's Cat Blanc gonna do when he:

1. Can't see Neptune because of the White Orb
2. Dies in one hit because Neptune is pretty high into Low 2-C at this level
3. On the off-chance he somehow survives, he gets blasted with Apathy, Paralysis, and Poison, making it so he literally can't do anything
4. Can't put Neptune down because of her Type 8 (and Type 4 since OP didn't restrict it)

I'm not seeing any wincons for Cat Blanc rn sooooo

Cat's only Low 2C feat is via a mega cataclysm that he canceled early

All of his other attacks and stats are only unquantifiably stronger than regular Cat Noir
