Very simple and easy gg: Death Thriteen created the dream world, which is shown to contain a star, and in the manga, there is shown to contain shadows on plain ground without any lights, which would only be possible if there was a star, so High 4-C
Diavolo then uses King Crimson to erase all of time and space to create a world which only he exists, and due to this erasing all of space and time, it would effect all other universes, thus 2-A Diavolo
Then DIO, due to being a Vampire, is stronger than any human and thus, should be superior to Diavolo and thus 2-A Part 1
Kars then transcends all existing life forms in his ultimate state, so Low 1-C Kars cool
Then Heaven DIO achieves Heaven, which should be in a higher reality and thus, 6-D
Then there's DIO's statement of transcending humanity, which implies that he would transcend the concept of the word, and due to it being a concept, it means 1-A DIO
Conclusions: upgrade everyone to 1-A
